Social Media Masses Draw Parallels Between Bishop T.D. Jakes and the Late Bishop Eddie Long’s Initial Statements After Explosive Accusations and Allegations Regarding the Abomination of Sodomy/Homosexuality With Other Men
Daniel Whyte III, President of Gospel Light Society International, brought this comparison up before social media caught on fire with it, but in another way. That article is below the first article. Today, Daniel Whyte III is raising the same question he raised regarding the Eddie Long accusations and allegations: Is this a continuation of former President Obama’s campaign at work to silence the black church and other evangelicals and more in society to accept the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality and the LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+ agenda?
Also, is T.D. Jakes reaping what he has sown, as Whyte called him out when Eddie Long was accused of some of the same things Jakes is now being accused of, and how T.D. Jakes distanced himself from his friend Eddie Long to protect himself, and Whyte called him and other preachers out for doing so because the accusations against Eddie Long did not make sense for several reasons — one, being Eddie Long led a march against the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality among young men? He is the only Pastor whom Whyte knows of who has ever done that. This, among other inconsistencies Whyte has explained in multiple articles on this news site Bcnn1.com down through the years. Could it be that T.D. Jakes is being framed because he possibly took the “hidden bribe” of the “30 pieces of silver” from some powerful negroes sent out by Obama to flip the black church and even the evangelical church using POSSIBLY some billionaire minstrels SAY MAYBE, such people as Tyler Perry, Oprah and others with a sack full of millions of dollars to win over influential pastors such as T.D. Jakes, Joel Olsteen, and others? But T.D. Jakes’ and Joel Olsteen’s personal constitution may allow them to take the money and play ball a little bit by saying things like “I just want to stay positive. I don’t want to say anything negative.” But they could not and cannot play ball all the way like these powers that be wanted them to because of their fear of God in Heaven. Could it be that Eddie Long, who was the picture of health, was murdered because he was beginning to talk too much, or the powers that be felt he was too much of a risk once Obama left office?
Whyte believes the reason three famous, rich, and powerful pastors — Bill Hybels, Brian Houston, and Carl Lentz–were destroyed is because the devil and the sodomite/homosexual LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+ powers that be gave them everything to play ball — celebrity fame, power, free media, government position, and money — and they did not play ball all the way, so their lives and their ministries went up in flames. Whyte says, really! How is it that several worldwide release movies can be made about the sins of a church — Hillsong — if the powers that be are not angry by Hillsong not following through in becoming a homosexual-affirming, sodomy-promoting Pastor and Church? NONE DARE CALL IT CONSPIRACY!
@yourtaxlady Exclusive: Allegedly, History repeats itself‼️ I was a member of New Birth back in 2010 and I attended Bishop Eddie L Longs ‘Addresing the Congregation’ Sermon & I immediately left New Birth as a member because at the time, I was looking for him to say, “This thing I did not do!” However, he chose his words extremely carefully & said, “I am not a perfect man but this thing I’m gon fight!” I was looking for him to say he did not do it as opposed to this thing I’m gon fight‼️ I leff saying where there is smoke there is 🔥 fire‼️ So, today, unfortunately, I see a lot of similarities between Bishop Eddie L Long & Bishop T.D. Jakes‼️ I am praying for Bishop T.D. Jakes & his Family but once again, where there is smoke, there is fire‼️ Time has already told the story‼️Leave a Comment #LIKE #SHARE #COMMENT #yourtaxlady #thecierachantal WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS? #viral #fyp #everyone @Everyone @T.D. Social media has juxtaposed T.D. Jakes’ recent sex scandal with that of another popular televangelist from the South. TikTok and the X platform have been flooded with people comparing the Potter House pastor’s address to his congregation on Christmas Eve service with the late Bishop Eddie Long’s address before his Georgia megachurch New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in 2010.
TikToker The Nobel Berean called Jakes Eddie Long 2.0. before splicing up two clips of both preachers talking about both responding to rumors about trysts with young men.
After the morning service, Jakes addressed his congregation at the end of his sermon about the rumors.
“Now, I’m gonna close with this. I ain’t come to convince nobody, because I know who I am,” he said. “That ain’t what this is about. You can think whatever you want to think. Here I came to do my job. I came to hear The Master, ‘Say well done thou good and faithful servant.’”
He continued by saying that is exactly what he is going to do, is show up and work for God.
He added, “Some of the same people who doubt me are the very people I’m fighting for trying to get them houses, trying to fix their communities, trying to give them a chance … but if God be for you [who can be against you].”
“What kept me is that every time I showed up here, you were here,” Long said to his congregation after similar allegations arose. “My family loved [me]. My church loved me, and regardless of what anybody said, love lifted me and carried me.”
Another TikToker made a mashup of both Long and Jakes denying allegations against them. Long calls himself David, using the biblical analogy of the biblical figure fighting Goliath. Jakes also says he is being lied on, but in his clip he says he will address the allegations at a later date.
Like Jakes, Long was a charismatic clergyman who grew a small church of 300 people into a megachurch of 25,000, through his television, international ministries, and satellite churches throughout the country.
Unlike Jakes, Long faced civil lawsuits in 2010 from four young men, Maurice Robinson, Anthony Flagg, Jamal Parris, and Spencer LeGrande, alleging sexual misconduct. Two claimed Long groomed them at the church’s LongFellows Youth Academy. The others, one from a Charlotte satellite church, made similar claims.
The complaints alleged that he used money, religion, influence, trips, gifts, and jobs to coerce them into sexual relations with him.
Less than a year after those filings, Long settled the cases for undisclosed amounts.
While Jakes has not given a detailed response to the current allegations, he did vaguely address his flaws and shortcomings, saying, “I’m here to tell you, I’m OK. I’m OK because I never told you I was perfect.”
As he talked about never putting down anyone, he added, “I got my own flaws and my own faults, but I didn’t do that. That ain’t the kind of stuff you forget.”
The things that Jakes is saying he did not do are attend sex parties hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, engage in same-sex relationships, or participate in sexual conduct with a minor.
The allegations started to circulate on Monday, Dec. 18, after bloggers alleged the preacher’s name and down-low activities were included in an email from singer Cassie Ventura to the FBI about her ex Diddy.
Such an email has not been confirmed by Ventura, any media outlet, or the Justice Department.

WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS!
WATCH! WATCH! WATCH! T.D. Jakes Makes an Unfortunate “Freudian Slip-up” Statement, Which Indicates That he Has a Low View of Abominations and Sins as well as a Low View of Repentance of Abominations and Sins and does not understand what John the Baptist was referring to when he called for “Fruits of Repentance.” Jakes said, “If everything was true, all I got to do is repent sincerely from my heart.” Daniel Whyte III, President of Gospel Light Society International, says, if ANY OF THIS IS TRUE, T.D. Jakes would have to REPENT and RESIGN from the Ministry for he would be DISQUALIFIED. For example, if a sixteen-year-old boy was forced to do the abomination of oral sex on T.D. Jakes, Jakes must repent and resign. If T.D. Jakes has been practicing as a “Power Bottom” Sodomite/Homosexual while saying he is against the abomination and sin of sodomy/homosexuality and, is now known in the homosexual community as a “Power Bottom” Sodomite/Homosexual, he would need to repent and resign. He is disqualified from the real ministry. Now he can make it in the fake Evangelical-Charismatic religious movement, which Whyte refers to as the Judas-Laodicean church.
Sadly, some in this movement see the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality as just another sin, less than a sin, or not a sin at all, so T.D. Jakes will be accepted in this group and sadly some will receive him as a hero for pushing the false notion that the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality is just like any old run-of-the-mill sin when God has shown throughout history that HE calls it out differently and deals with it differently because it is an unwithering direct attack by Satan on the core of who God is and what He created. God sees it as an attempt by Satan to destroy the world He created, so His reaction to it is different than His reaction to other sins, even though God hates all sins.
The Evangelical-Charismatic Church will accept Jakes as long as he continues to bring in millions of dollars through his books, movies, conferences, and businesses because, after all, that is all they are concerned about–the money–which they think is the seat of power but God has shown repeatedly He can bring down popular rich pastors and churches with ease and with the quickness, for He has taken down many so-called powerful, rich pastors, even in recent years, some who many thought were too big to fail, which Whyte warned and predicted years before they failed that if they did not repent, they would fail, such as Bill Hybels, Brian Houston, Carl Lentz, and others. If God can take down Brian Houston, who was ten times more influential than T.D. Jakes, and Bill Hybels, who was five times more influential than T.D. Jakes, then God can take down T.D. Jakes very easily if He has to — and T.D. Jakes, with his millions, nor his buddies with their billions can stop God.
Days after denouncing an unverified report casting innuendo about his sexuality and accusing him of being a frequent participant at sex parties hosted by producer and music mogul Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, televangelist T.D. Jakes called his accusers “liars” on Sunday and noted that even “if everything was true, all I got to do is repent sincerely from my heart.”
Jakes, who leads The Potter’s House megachurch in Dallas, Texas, directly addressed his congregation for the first time on Christmas Eve and urged them not to worry about him because “I’m good.”
“Would y’all please do me a favor and stop worrying about me and give God some praise and honor and glory? I can feel you. … I am fine. I’m good. I’m good. I’m the man for the job. I’m good,” Jakes declared in a public livestream of his Christmas Eve service on YouTube which has since been made private.
“I can feel you. I can feel you. Relax … We’re not gonna let the devil take over our service. No, no, no, no, no. We’re gonna give God some praise and some honor and some glory, for this is the day that the Lord has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it,” he insisted. “I’m not going to let the rain stop me. I’m not going to let the weather stop me. And I’m sure not going to let the liars stop me.
“The worst that could happen, if everything was true, all I got to do is repent sincerely, from my heart. There’s enough power in the blood to cover all kinds of sin. I don’t care what it is, the blood would fix it. But I ain’t got to repent about this,” Jakes declared.

“All I got to do is step over top of it and keep on going on. I’m not in trouble. I’m talking about the power of the blood. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. I have used it, and I will use it again. But I ain’t gotta use it for that. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Whenever I need it, it’s available to me. And it’s available to you. And you can have it when you need it. But you don’t have to plead the blood if you didn’t do the crime.”
On Thursday, Jakes’ name became a trending topic on multiple social media platforms after a YouTube channel known as Tuff News TV embroiled the Woman Thou Art Loosed author in a recently-settled lawsuit in which R&B singer Cassie accused Combs of rape, as well as repeated physical abuse over nearly a decade.
In the explosive lawsuit, Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, alleged that shortly after she met Combs in 2005 at the age of 19, he began a controlling and abusive relationship with her in which she was given drugs, beaten, and forced to have sex with male prostitutes as he filmed. Combs allegedly hosted the orgies at high-end hotels across the U.S.
On Wednesday, Tuff News TV host Germaine McKinley claimed near the end of a 37-minute video on YouTube that he received an email from an unnamed source alleging that Cassie turned over to investigators a burner phone that belonged to Kim Porter, the late model and mother of Diddy’s children, who died in 2018. Cassie also allegedly shared a USB device containing recordings of Diddy’s alleged “sex parties,” where he reportedly hosted several powerful people, including Jakes.
“I’m also told that multiple male escorts corroborated the fact that T.D. Jakes [has] slept with multiple men at Diddy’s parties and abroad,” the unnamed source claims. “It’s also been said that a young male has acquired a lawyer to represent him as he is set to sue Jakes for an incident that took place when he was just 16 years old.”
The video’s source alleges that the minor, whose family attended The Potter’s House until he left in 2015, was forced to perform a sex act on Jakes. The source further alleged that the teenage boy’s family was paid off to keep what happened quiet, but he now intends to seek his own justice as an adult.
Jordan A. Hora, executive director of public relations and communications for the T.D. Jakes Group, T.D. Jakes Ministries and The Potter’s House, told The Christian Post in an exclusive statement Thursday that the unverified report is “unequivocally false and baseless.”
“Recent claims circulating on pockets of social media about Bishop T.D. Jakes are unequivocally false and baseless,” Hora said.
“What has always been true, in the words of the late Pastor Charles H. Spurgeon, ‘If you want the truth to go round the world you must hire an express train to pull it; but if you want a lie to go round the world it will fly; it is as light as a feather, and a breath will carry it.’”
On Thursday, TikTok user jusnene made a video clip of the allegations cited by Tuff TV News, and posted it on her page and it went viral. It has already been viewed more than 1.7 million times on that platform alone as of Sunday and elicited hundreds of thousands of reactions. The video was also shared on X, making Jakes a top-five trending topic with Diddy. The X video has been viewed 11.4 million times as of Sunday afternoon.
