Remember, most of you take after my side of the family as far as weight gain is concerned and will become fat, rolly-pollys if you eat junk and if you don’t exercise. The Daniel Fast will be good for all of you to reset your body and then continue it for the rest of the year, for the most part, except on special days. However, do not make the weight loss health benefit the purpose of this fast. This fast is to pray to God to protect people from the demonic spirit of WOKEISM.
