UPDATED and ADDED TO: Daniel Whyte III Rebukes Larry Reid For Rightly Rebuking Kim Burrell Because Larry Reid Has Recently Said Similar Arrogant Things in Jest That Kim Burrell Has Said about ‘Broke’ and ‘Ugly’ Church Folks. Whyte reminds Larry Reid and Kim Burrell not to forget where they came from just because God has blessed them with extraordinary wealth, prestige, and influence they never imagined they would attain. Recently, Larry Reid has told people who criticized him, “You can’t even live in my zip code”; “you can’t pay the taxes I pay.” He also said the once most popular Bishop in America, T.D. Jakes and his wife Serita Jakes are not the most beautiful people in the world, or something to that effect saying, Sarah is the best-looking person out of that bunch. Now is he telling the truth? Yes, because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Is it funny for him to say that? Yes. Should he have said that? No. And he should apologize to them just like Kim Burrell did. It is sad and strange that in the church, money, wealth, poverty, and how people look have become a barometer of the worth of God’s people. This is the result of the satanic doctrine of the prosperity Gospel. Money has messed up many of the people of God going both ways–the rich and the poor. Here are some scripture passages we all need to be reminded of:
Dr. Larry Reid and Kim Burrell, THE BIBLE TEACHES THAT THE RICH OUGHT TO HELP THE POOR IN THE CHURCH AND OUTSIDE OF THE CHURCH:
Proverbs 19:17 – He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Acts 20:35 – I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Matthew 5:42 – Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
Proverbs 22:9 – He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.
Isaiah 58:10 – And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
Luke 3:11 – He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do likewise.
Deuteronomy 15:11 – For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
Galatians 2:10 – Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.
Proverbs 14:31 – He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.
Proverbs 14:21 – He that despiseth his neighbour sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor, happy is he.
James 1:27 – Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Proverbs 28:27 – He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack: but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse.
Luke 14:12-14:
12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.
13 But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:
14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.
33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
7 If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
8 But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.
9 Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the Lord against thee, and it be sin unto thee.
10 Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.
11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.
34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
1 Timothy 6:7-12:
7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
Dr. Reid and Kim Burrell, As Far as People Being “Broke and Ugly,” if You Look Around the Church, You Will See Mostly “Common People” or What James Cleveland popularized “Ordinary People” — Dr. Larry Reid and Kim Burrell, no matter how rich and famous you are now, the verses below include you as well. Just because God has given you some talent and has opened some doors for you does not mean you are better than the rest of us in the church, and remember, as you have seen in the lives of others, the God who lifted you up can bring you down. Besides that, God has used the “poor,” “ugly,” common-ordinary people to help make you rich:
1 Corinthians 1:26-29:
26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.
James 2:5: “Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?”
Whyte says in closing to all newly rich Christians in the church today to check with their accountants and check themselves and make sure they didn’t become rich from JUDAS’S 30 PIECES OF SILVER WOKE FILTHY LUCRE money that has been doled out in the millions to denominational heads, denominations, mega-church pastors and mega churches, and influencers in the church to compromise or to be silent on the issue of sodomy/homosexuality and the LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+ agenda by governments, businesses, banks, real estate companies, Soros, Bezos, Oprah, Tyler Perry, Obama, singers, pro-athletes, entertainers, sodomite/homosexual foundations and non-profits, sodomite/homosexual LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+-AFFIRMING CHURCHES AND DENOMINATIONS, and others.
